i have to admit that upon watching the press conference where brett favre announced his retirement back in march, i got a bit teary eyed. i thought, if he isnt ready to give this up, why in the world is he? well, it now seems that he was so upset because he was asked to retire. it wasnt a decision he made fully on his own.

now hes standing up for himself, he wants to come back. but theres a catch. green bay wont let him play if he comes back, thats right, one of the greatest players of all times has to ride the pine. but thats just one of the scenarios. he could be traded, released, or stay retired in his wranglers. personally,  as much as i like the commercial where hes running through the snow naked….i want to see him back in green and yellow, playing where he belongs.
